At the XV. Gazipaşa Seedless Pomegranate and Tropical Fruit Festival, Our Department Faculty Members' Panel
Our Department Head Assoc. Prof. Dr. Esra Mankan, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Dr. Zehra Kaya and Research Assistant Cansu İşeri, and Vocational School Vice Director Instructor Erdi Eren participated on the third day of the 15th Gazipaşa Seedless Pomegranate and Tropical Fruit Festival, which started on Friday, October 17 at 15:30 and lasted for three days, representing our department. At the panel held within the scope of the festival, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Esra Mankan and Vocational School Vice Director Instructor Erdi Eren shared their views on gastronomy. In the session held, Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University Department Head Assoc. Prof. Dr. Oğuz Nebioğlu, department faculty members Prof. Dr. Özgür Gölge, our Department Head Assoc. Prof. Dr. Esra Mankan, and Vocational School Vice Director Instructor Erdi Eren organized the panel session.
