WHY GASTRONOMY AND CULINARY ARTS?
Our faculty members, who are knowledgeable and experienced in their fields, will not only share academic information with our students, but also guide them in achieving their goals. The quotas allocated for our students in the placement exam have been determined by considering efficiency. Thus, our student's personal and professional characteristics will be more closely monitored, and they will be provided with more suitable suggestions for them to reach a successful career. In addition, invited guest lecturers, managers and leaders are invited to attend lectures and seminars, and it is aimed to inspire students and broaden their perspectives as a result of sharing experiences and experiences that bring success. Since Alanya University is located in one of the leading tourism centers in Turkey, our students will graduate with the opportunity to closely observe the sector during their education.
After gaining theoretical and practical knowledge and skills at our university, Alanya University students will be prepared for their workplace summer internship training. Our students will realize their personal desires and strengths by bringing together the knowledge, experience and experience they have gained at our university and workplaces, so this acquisition will lead them to their future plans.
The departmental facilities we offer to our students:
- Training in practice and pastry kitchens equipped with the latest technology
- A science-based education approach with food research laboratory infrastructure
- Current course programs
- Opportunity to see the applications in Alanya and Antalya region closely and employment opportunities after graduation
- Opportunity to participate in workshops and events in the department kitchen, as well as practical courses
- Opportunities for students to prepare for and participate in competitions.
